This is the "Team" section of our website. It's where we'd tell you how innovatively innovative we gurus (or junkies, ninjas, battering rams, jedis, etc.) are.
And then we'd share a dozen or so photos of our team sitting "conveniently" together on some leather couches having a Kumbaya moment. Or a slew of angled shots of some witty quotes stuck to the walls with a few team members intensely pondering their significance.
Here's the bottom line though. None of that stuff matters if the client experience sucks or the work is sub-par. When it's all said and done, our clients don't care about ping-pong tables, smoke machines, indoor picnic tables, aquariums or how many bicycles are hanging from the ceilings.
They care about being outrageously successful and how they're going to get there. At the end of the day, the creative-agency frills are nice, but they're not at all important. What's important is leading our clients with fearless courageousness to go further than they ever have before. What's important is the quality of the work we're creating for our clients. What's important is that our clients are outrageously successful.
That's what we care about.
